Isn't pre-new52 Captain Atom like fodder?

I think an important factor here would be whether Captain Atom goes after Superman or Silver Surfer first.

Team 2. Pre 52 Captain Atom doesn’t have many feats, and Majestic is pretty overrated and he would get stomped by Surfer on his own.

Superman and Surfer. Captain Atom is fodder and then Superman or Surfer beats Majestic

Not sure for Round 1, but for Round 2, Team 1.

Majestic probably solos with the Creation Blades, without it, couldn’t Captain Atom just drain Superman or emit red sun radiation to weaken him?
