Stats or feats on both? No idea about either one except manhunter. But from experience in battles etc. anime > everything else lol.

Feats for the weirdo?

He's from DC. He has comparable stats to Superman, high level TP, intangibility, regen etc.

I'll make an argument for MMH, for start.

MMH uses TP to control Saiki. My opponent better bring some good TP resistance feats.

If I'm not mistaken Saiki is the only exceptional person in his world. He hasn't shown TP resistance because no one has used TP against him. On the other hand, it would make sense if he did have it with all his ridiculous hax. I wouldn't even use this guy seriously in a battle, he's an overpowered joke like Saitama.

heh, I haven't really thought of saiki in terms of feats. well he has planetary range telepathy from what I recall (accidentally changing everyone in the world's opinion on something by trying to change one person). but that's not on the level of Martian man hunter who has both power and skill.

Martian man hunter is faster, though saiki can teleport, and has time reversal and all other millions of powers.

saiki is a joke character, so his full power isn't fully explored, only hinted at that he can do so much more, and the planetary ones he accidentally does is casual. but, going purely by feats, I don't think he has what it takes to beat MMH.

MMH should win this based on superior telepathy, speed, and strength.

Saiki is a reality warper and can literally just change the rules of the universe the suit him. Basically, MMH is now pink and is a Karaoke otaku who could hardly care for any sort of heroism or villainy seeing as Saiki would see his meddling as troublesome. Since Morals are on, I doubt Saiki would care much for going for a kill or even K.O. He just lets MMH roll on in his singing career and Saiki goes off to eat some coffee Jelly. It ends with a draw.

Saiki changed reality to allow anime logic to actually work in his world. Stuff like thinking as punches come, KOing people with a tap etc.
