Quite a lot of big guns here. Insane Genis Vell and Void make me want to say Marvel but a composite Starbreaker would include Pre Crisis version which is on par with Galactus, DC also have ION and Larfleeze.

Oh, didn't realize that was Mad God. All of the feats that I know of from Genis are from a CaV.
