If you read the spoilers about roshi vs jiren then you now know that without a doubt, dbh makes more sense than the dbs manga

The manga has destroyed powerscaling. It makes no logical sense at all.

The anime got shit for having bad powerscaling, but this is just bad.

Dbh at least is consistent. And the anime at least made sure fodder like roshi stayed fodder.

Hopefully the manga ends soon, and the anime restarts so we can get better powerscaling.

Honestly, this is a deal breaker for me.
Jiren was a symbol of invincibility, Jiren was the one that surpassed the gods.
The same Manga showed us Jiren traveling at MFTL+++, he preferred it to using spaceships while traveling, because traveling with a spaceship was slower.
How does Roshi having UI even explain this? it is not like UI gives you an absurd speed boost, Jiren is still infinitely faster than Roshi and should be able to tag him no problem.
The same Jiren was glaring final flashes from BE Vegeta, why would Jiren even need to hit Roshi in the first place?
They made a mockery out of Jiren.
