Nah, even if Thanos was exerting 1% of his power, the feat would put him a league above Spidey.

The directors already confirmed that thanos was toying with him the entire time and that the whole scene was in slow motion, so it looked way more impressive than it was. Cap, who is a 3-5 tonner at best, is not overpowering someone who catches 30 ton jet bridges and holds parts of a ferry together.

"Toying" implies that Thanos wasn't going anywhere near full out, which is true, but once again, even if Thanos used a tiny portion of his strength, the feat would put Cap at 100+ tons. Consistently, Cap is nowhere near that of course, but we're looking at this feat specifically from what I understand.

Cap failed to overpower Bucky in a similar fashion but considering this angle would likely allow Cap a bit more leverage, I'd say he matches Buck's strength and doesn't get overpowered.

He can 'overpower' Spider-Man and that's because Peter doesn't know how to use his strength to advantage at all times. He lacks experience. Cap on the other hand does. He's not overpowering anyone else.

Nope. Wonder Woman is leagues above Spiderman and Loki, strength-wise. Even prior to unlocking her godly powers, she managed to lift 25 tonnes above her head, later during BvS movie, she blocked a punch from Doomsday with her sword which requires a shitload of force to do so and then proceeded to cut off his arm. Longstory short, Steve is a weakling compared to her.
