Widow > Cap > Gamora > Thor. I don't remember anything for the Ancient One.
Natasha is a lot more skilled than Steve though. Backed up by pretty much everything, the fact that Hawkeye, who's noticably her inferior, outskilled Panther, at least as skilled as CW Cap or the fact that they faught in an alternate scene in CW (which the Russos said wasn't included strictly due to time restrictions). She dodged a hit, landed a neck strike, got him in an avantageous position twice, all before he could block one of her attempts. She also outskilled Proxima Midnight, who outmaneuvered him and is significantly superior to Bucky or T'Challa (Cap level) in fighting ability comparing their performances against teams of martial artists, and is vastly superior to him physically too, along with the large reach advanatage she had over Nat. Honestly Cap wouldn't be able to do half the sht she does with human stats.
Gamora is a wild card for me. Logically, she should be at least as skilled as someone like Cap, I think, but her feats don't say that yet.

@anthp2000: Why's Clint BW's inferior? He had her pretty much defeated and she only retaliated because Clint was holding back as Wanda pointed out.

@the_red_viper:
He floored her, he didn't defeat her. And besides, that was a friendly match between the 2, and she was also holding back. When they had a serious and more credible fight in The Avengers, he was trying to kill her, she was holding back and had just ran away from the Hulk, and she still outmaneuvered, disarmed and beat him down.

@anthp2000: I didn't take it as a friendly match. They were on opposite sides, each trying to defeat the other, and Clint saying "we're still friends" is more of a "it isn't personal" kind of thing. I'm not sure about the Avengers fight, mind-control is a wildcard and there's no knowing how it affected Hawkeye. I wouldn't say he is her inferior either way, they are at least equal in my opinion.

@the_red_viper: Sure it wasn't a spar, but it's not at all as credible as a match where he was trying to kill her, "were still friends right?", "Depends on how hard you hit me". She was fatigued, she only wanted to snap him out of it and she still controlled the whole fight and won, while unarmed herself.
Hawkeye made one of his upper most impressive shots under Loki's mind control, and has 2 excellent stealth showings. It shouldn't affect his skills at all.
Don't get me wrong, I think they're close. But in terms of raw martial arts skill, she's clearly superior.

@anthp2000: I don't think that it not bring a fight to the death is much of a factor. They were each still trying to win.
And even though he had good accuracy feats under the mind control, I still don't trust it completely. I still think that Clint can take her in a pure h2h match, but we might as well agree to disagree since we're derailing the thread.

Steve and Nat have a good fight(I'll back Steve narrowly). Thor beats Gamora if we're going by feats. Not sure about the Ancient One. I'd have to review her showings.

@the_red_viper:

@the_red_viper:
