If this is Spider-Man with his regular suit that he had in Civil War and Homecoming than I think he wins. Morals off means he won't be playing around. To my knowledge I don't think the duo has any really good speed feats so he has them beat in that category. And he is massively more durable and a decent bit stronger imo.

His agility is a problem and he can easily web them up. He has a real shot at winning.
