They know each other only by reputation. Fight takes place in a neutral dimension. Crimson King has composite were-spider feats except Pennywise (I'll wait for @sirfizzwhizz's input on that).

@noah_ouellette: according to sirfizzwhizz, he's a multiversal conquerer because of his army, but he himself cannot effect things on a multiversal scale.

Shinnok

Crimson King but not due to Multiversal BS. His TP is strong enough to cross dimensions/universes and such, but he is not like mind controlling a city or above. He is able to mind control a whole castle though, and base on his TP feats alone he wins.
