Ronan`s only feat without power stone is defeating semi-featless Drax. Cull takes it.

I'll go with Cull.

Ronan is supposed to be a high tier character in terms of power, in the MCU, according to the director James Gunn but he lacks feats. Stomping Drax isn't enough because Cull has better and more quantifiable feats like fighting the Hulkbuster and Bleeding Edge Tony.

Ronan wins.

1. By FAR better durability. Survived Rockets canon to the face, crushing in his ship at massive speeds and much more - all without a scratch. Cull by comparison was killed by a small building-size explosion against Wakanda forcefield.

2. Better fighting skills. The way Ronan absolutely humiliated Drax in H2H, who is a very skilled fighter and has solid superhuman stats easily proves Ronan is s professional fighter AT LEAST. Cull is just... a large animal tbh. Nothing about his style stands out from a LotR cave troll style.

3. Better weapon. Ronan's hammer has some interedting abilities like the telrkinetic shockwaves he used to one shot the Other. Culls axe is just an axe. So...yeah.

4. Similar physical strength. I know this can be argued to go to Cull but he has no direct feats. He overpowered a much weaker version of Hilkbuster that was also seen overpowered by fodder aliens in the same movie. That's all he has. And that's not much better then Ronan who overpowered Drax. Drax is no fodder, his ability to jump several meters into the air, survive a spaceship crush with no damage and easily overpower multitoners such as Gamora really show he is a heavy hitter who should not be taken lightly. And yet Ronan outclassed him so easily that we saw clearly he's in a whole other tier. He was sending Drax flying and crushing into walls with cadual punches. If there is a gap between him and Cull it's not much.

Cull wins.

I'd pick him in this encounter.

Going by lore, Ronan should comfortably win.

By feats, it's Cull, although not by that much I don't think.

Ronan also killed Other, who according to James Gunn is > Loki. Than again, that's kinda sketchy so I back Cull

Cull murderstomps, Ronan is overrated.

Cull is better at everything besides skill. He wins every time easily. Ronan lacks notable durability feats.

This might change after Captain Marvel.

cull had advanced weapons and still lost to iron man and spiderman .. and later on lost to aged relic of iron man's hulk buster

Funny thing is that Ronan killed Black Dwarf/Cull Obsidian in the comic.

Ronan. I don't get people saying his fight against Drax isn't that impressive. he no sold Drax's hits (bear in mind that Drax was able to knock Thanos onto his knee), had insane reflexes and sent Drax flying with minimal effort.

Cull. Some of the arguments against him in this thread are laughable.
