At the begging of this scene Hawkeye and Natasha are driving a very similar jeep(presumably stolen from Hydra)and the one they are using no sold a small explosion.

If we use that scaling it adds a degree of impressiveness to the feat.

Everyone Aquaman up tanks it. Batman, Rumlow and Barry might get KO'd, by they definitely survive.

Feat is less impressive when you think about it, considering Cap used plenty of momentum from speeding and threw it in the front of the truck, really only damaging that portion and forcing the car to flip due to the additional weight on one part of the vehicle only.
