I'd say Quiet for all rounds. She is extremly fast, way faster than Venom Snake who runs 35 kph with gear, is skilled enough to hit targets over long distances, she should be able to hit Deadshot, although he has more feats for good shots. But her biggest bonus will give her the win, her camouflage and intangibility

Accuaracy doesn`t matter if you couldn`t even see your target. H2H goes to her cause she`s even tried to CQC Venom Snake who`s a beast in CQC... despite losing it wasn`t bad attempt at all.

@aotd: She is also able to casual lift and choke two people at the same time or sent people flying with her attacks like she did to the DD soldiers and the Russian soldiers, plus her speed would be devasting in the short distance
