Random battle I know but these two are arguably my favorite CN characters when it comes to evilness. Who wins?

I feel like grim is more powerful but he got clowned alot so idk

OT: Grimm wins via feats, but he's an idiot, and will probably lose his schyte, so Him ftw

Grim's not really evil after becoming "friends" with Billy and Mandy. He's also an idiot who frequently loses the very object that gives him his power, to a point where he doesn't even care if people take it or not.

Him stomps.

Him wins. Grim jobs too much.

Him is arguably the Powerpuff Girls strongest villain while Grim always loses to the weakest ones even with Billy and Mandy. Him madstomps especially if he goes into speed demon mode

Him, Grim is a jobber, Him is too tbh but to a lesser degree.

If Grim was fighting like he could not like he does, he would win. But no, he would probably end up defeating himself.
