KotET added only one real feat for Arcann: dueling evenly with pre-prime Vailyn. While it's a good feat, it's simply not good enough.

Revan in a good fight. Arcann's best chances are if he can close the distance and rely on his swordsmanship rather than trying to contend with Revan in a Force battle.

Isn't that really just a great feat for Vaylin, seeing as how even with her mental limitations, she's progressed significantly from losing to Senya to being on the winning end of that duel?

And Arcann had some other nice force feats, though nothing that really outclasses his KOTFE feats.

My opinion Revan. Arcann can't defeat his force mastery and dueling abilities.

Revan, albeit in a very tough fight. Revan vs chained Vaylin would be a lot more interesting.

Revan had to be brought down by team of Galaxy's cream elites. Arcann was taken down by the Outlander who is stated to be even weaker than Arcann lol.

Revan would win. He is more powerful force wielder and more skilled combatant. Also, he has more experience and knowledge. Although, Arcann is considered a great match for him.

Arcann in a great fight. Comparable Force power - ragdolling an arguably more powerful version of the HoT, holding his own against an enraged chained Vaylin for several minutes, being a challenge for a prime Outlander who should be reasonably above SOR Revan - and he's been shown to be skilled enough to hold his own if not outmatch Revan.
