Space Punisher Hulk destroys everything in his path, so to get rid of him they cast a spell sending him far away to Apokolips of the DC Universe where he kills Darkseid and in a desperate attempt to stop him his successor Steppenwolf calls for aid from Ares, Lex Luthor & Black Adam, finally accepting their failure in defeating Wonder Woman, Superman and Shazam, respectively, in exchange for a chance to conquer the Marvel Universe and share the spoils from it, with Apokolips owning the only safe portal to get there, while Doomsday concludes that killing in the Marvel Universe is easier than in the DC Universe, so he joins them to destroy this unpredictable new threat, while Molecule Man and Thanos join Hulk after learning about the existence of the DC Universe, with Molecule Man fearing of a new Beyonder existing there and Thanos searching for a new way to dominate after failing with the Infinity Gauntlet and the Heart of the Universe. Fight takes place in Apokolips with morals on when winning but off when losing and is divided in rounds, with each round ending when a character from either team dies, until all characters from either team are dead at the fight's conclusion. Vote the survivors when all rounds are over, obviously only from one team.
