Which Pikachu? pokemons even of the same species, can have significantly different power levels, mentality and ability, as power of a pokemon, depends on the individual pokemon.

Question, how fast is sasuke, reaction and movement speed wise? Pikachu's TB was shown to be comparable to natural lightning,

note this, that this was already visible lightning, so TB was not nearly as fast as the lightning but it should be fairly in the range of the speed of a step ladder, which is around mach 285 to 286ish, so you can say that, his tb was fairly above hypersonic.

and he has also dodged and reacted to attacks that are close to his TB's speed.

Now seeing how the anime is, it's not clear whether the speed of his attacks have increased or not.

Now if sasuke gets tagged by pikachu's attacks, I would like to know, sasuke's durability, and resistance against lightning attacks. I think pikachu might have a chance.

Although I would really like to see him die a painful death, that would be sweet :D

What about his durability? How durable is he ? Or to be more precise how is his resistance to lightning attacks and such?

Naruto characters are just like, Shonen speed lol. It took them a while to cacth up and surpass the other shonen because the powerscaling jumped up to ridiculous levels during the War Arc.

Kid Sasuke is like a little weaker than Spiderman durability wise, His resistance to lightning attacks at this point wasn't really explored, but he has an innate resistance and affinity for it.

Basically if Pikachu lands an iron tail it's cutting Sasuke's head off.

Also I thought they were FTL at EOS, which if you think makes them being hypersonic at kids not very farfetched, lol. But I guess I was wrong.

If spiderman tier durability he has, then I can say pikachu will win.

Also note this, the dc and attack potency of Iron tail of ash's pikachu is rather inconsistent (due to crappy writing), as it has shown to be able to shatter rocks effortlessly, while failing to even stratch other rocks.

On the other hand pikachu has some other powerful electric attacks, which has much greater and consistent, DC and AP than iron tail.

I like Sasuke better but everyone should know Pikachu Blitzs. A lot of his feats are overlooked since his power level is practically reset every region, hence why he can lose to a Snivy in BW.... But previously in the season before that Pikachu Stalemated Latios (legendary Pokémon) that could dodge multiple lightning bolts in Shadows of Almia, logically Large Island Level scaling to Legendary Birds like Moltres.

Hebi Sasuke or any version stronger can and will probably take this though. That Sword though.

@loveeveryone: Losing to Snivy actually had context, but you are right. His power and ash's intelligence as a trainer gets a reset every new region.

Also while this is off topic beating legendaries are not big deal.

As legendary is a status (or title to be more precise) super rare Pokemons have, and it has been shown countless times in games, anime, movies and mangas, that legendary doesn't automatically means you're powerful. And legendary Pokémon ( even of the same species) have shown to be as weak as a normal pokemon to as strong as God tier pokemon.

The power depends on the individual pokemon, not the species.

Take Deoxys for example, in the hoenn anime it was shown to be super powerful, in destiny deoxys it was shown to be in general equal if not above rayquaza, while in diamond and pearl anime, A Deoxys was more or less incinerated by a natural lightning strike.
