Mismatch, lock this. Pennywise has universal feats and is too OP with deadlights. Naruto and Kaguya have no back up from a giant space turtle that rules the multiverse, so i don't think they can survive having their souls snatched from across the universe.

Edit: And since i'm assuming we're using all of pennywises feats (since he'd stand no chance if we're just using movie versions), he's also a high-god tier reality warper in the novel.
