Either can one shot the other. I'd back Tony because he's faster on the draw and can potentially dodge/blast Yondu's arrow at least once or twice

@war_of_light_2814: it pierced spaceship walls, surviving in space is a pretty good feat for the walls, so I would say yes.

The fact the arrow pierced drax is also good evidence that it would work on tony.

Tony could also one shot him though.

Hawkeye has tagged Tony, and the suit doesn't even deflect regular arrows, so Yondu will one shot,
