• Undertaker will get full knowledge on his opponent


• Victory by death, knockout, or incapacitation

Technically speaking, I guess he is. I mean, he's already dead, so there's no life left to take. It seems that he could still be incapacitated by way of decapitation or dismemberment, though.

@valorknight: Well then saskue blitzes and chops undertaker to pieces until he dies. Yeah, undertaker is strong because He is on par, or even stronger than Sebastian. But the speed gap is too large.

They should be around the same speed. It happens that Sebastian has feats that have been calculated at around Mach 122, so just below lightning timing, and he got finessed by this dude.
