Undertaker just always seemed to have slightly superior physicals and be overall more impressive in his powers, as well

To an extent, yes; he is thought to have the same brand of regeneration that Sebastian possesses, which would put him roughly on par with Utsuro.

He's really fast, for one. In his first fight, he outsped someone who can fight at around Mach 122. In that same fight, he also managed to casually slice a cruise ship in half with his scythe.

Cool. But i think utsuro wins. Utsuro can live even his head is severed, And undertaker is just some kind of demi-immortal. Utsuro also managed to destroy umibozu so i think he is stronger.

That's a fair assumption at first glance, but Shinigami in his world have the ability to kill immortals with their scythes. In fact, he's dealt almost fatal wounds to otherwise immortal beings on multiple occasions.
