If it's a parademon that Bruce stomped, then Oliver stomps. If it's one that gave Bruce a difficult time, then Oliver wins with difficulty.

That doesn't make sense. I don't recall him soloing one without effort, but if he did, that would just be a feat for Batman, he hasn't been shown to be inferior to Oliver, he just lacks feats in several areas.

Sorry I just realised the OP said strcitly hand to hand which makes it much closer. Batman took one out at the start of the movie with very little effort as far as I remember but you have to take into account I've only seen JL once.

Oliver. He's more martially competent than DCEU Batman, as well as physically superior in every way aside from a ballistic proof cowl and arguably tougher garb.
