Superman didn't have any amps in JL.

He was hypersonic way back in MoS. He fought with hypersonic speed on air while fighting Zod. He just hadn't done it on land before. In fact his best speed feat is from MoS (Mach 3000+ when he flew from Indian Ocean to Metropolis in under 4 seconds)

Regarding Strength, his best on screen in BvS was 6k-7k tons. In JL it's around 8k tonnes. No significant amp.

His best durability feat is also from BvS where he no sold Doomsday's city block buster AoE, 300 DB sonic cannons and showed resistance to burning from a 15 million degree nuclear fireball.

He is superior in JL only if you consider feats based on statements. He shifted a tectonic plate in BvS but in JL was stated to be planetary. Clear amp.

Regarding Thor, his real amp was in Ragnarok where he learnt to shoot lightning from his Body. In IW, he got a heat durability feat wherein he withstood the heat from an energy beam emerging from a Neutron Star for roughly 30 seconds or so before almost dying. His Blunt Force/Piercing Durability has had no amps. His combat speed has had no amps. And he has an unquantifiable strength feat in the Star Forge which turns out to be a masisve outlier once you try to quantify it, due to the Neutron Star's Gravity.
