Cornell Wolverine still beat Batroc, which is more than what can be said for Rorschach or anyone he has faced and he has vastly better stats than Walter. Given even how a wheelchair bound Barbara Gordon could effortlessly clear a small room full of thugs, Batman who is far more skilled and stronger would be much more formidable. Plus he has plenty of gadgets too. Old Man Steve could quickly overpower a slightly distracted Ian Zola who was skilled and agile enough to dance around Iron Man, Hulk and Thor. MCU Black Widow and Nolan Batman still have much better feats than him, Hand Ninjas have stealth capabilities to ghost Daredevil himself and Peter Griffin is powered by toon force.

Bruce Lee is the only person he ends up beating.

Peter is far too durable to lose to Rorschach, Peter eventually wins by tiring him out.

Peter's durability and damage soak isn't consistent at all, sometimes we have the impressive showings in the chicken fights, other times it only takes one hit to knock him out.

Old Man Steve has feats like taking a beating from Crossbones, who can effortlessly snaps neck using one arm as a teen without going down for an extended period of time; hurting Old Man Logan with his energy shield, who is FAR more durable than Ros; casually stomping two clones of Shang-Chi who while weaker than the original was still able to blitz S.H.I.E.L.D agents; surviving an exploding building at near ground zero; etc

Nope, they still get eviscerated by Wolverine on the first round. Not sure why he is even first.
