@tonymartial: Positive. Everyone and their mom has withstood the cry at this point. It's not a reliable attack. I doubt Dinah would knock him out or do any serious damage if it connected. She surely isn't doing anything if Steve braces for it with his shield. Then the recruits promptly all get one-shotted.

Cap. The only way they could win is if Dinah used her powerful screams. Which she doesn't seem to do to characters.

Shield ricochet can probably take out 2/3 at once. Cap stomps the last person standing.

Add in Diggle and he can solo

Dinah opens most of her fights with a scream. How exactly is Cap avoiding that?

Recruits should have a really good chance due to their gears and power here.

Cap wins if he goes for a shield toss right off the bat. Otherwise he goes down to the cry and T-Spheres.

I didn't say she never used it. Just that she would likely need her powerful screams.

Distance isn't specified they begin 10ft apart which is basically hand to hand. New team arrow has been defeated by both Oliver and earth X arrow so I don't see them beating cap.

That would be a bad idea IMO. Curtis' T-spheres have actually deflected Olivers arrows, and Oliver couldn't hit him. He had to use an explosive arrow to power through the T-spheres. The team actually has a solid defense and offence in a range fight. Cap needs to make this H2H ASAP.

She doesn't really need to though. Even her lesser powerful screams are enough to stun and ragdoll opponents.

@rbt: My point is that if I'm remembering correctly at least, she is more likely to use a less powerful scream from the get go and than engage in H2H. That's not gonna work with Cap. Even if she mildly dazes him at first he'll just get up and wreck her along with the rest in h2h. Like Jashro said, both Oliver and earth x Oliver beat them H2H. The team has the ability to win but would need to behave intelligently to do so.

In this fight he has his old Shield , so he might be able to block Dinah's scream and other than that team can't do much to put him down.

There was context to that. Dinah wasn't trying to hurt Oliver. She even warned him to back off multiple times. And he used a device to disable her cry.

Yeah, Cap will win in h2h. But with a person who can stun him(or worse), a guy with guns and another with tech that can home into its target, electrocute and punch hole in concrete like its nothing, Cap's chances aren't good.

All though I was thinking of the season 5 fight where Oliver beat Rene, Curtis, and Artemis. I know they've improved since than and Dinah wasn't there but Oliver beat them in less than 10 seconds IIRC. Its not exactly comparable to this scenario but that is why I also brought up earth X arrow.

Yeah, like I said, Cap can beat them in h2h because of his imposing stats. However, Artemis isn't really comparable to Dinah.
