I remember Kara being pretty weak to Kryptonite, but I'm not 100% on that.

@empressofdread: If you watched Smallville or any Superman-based series/movie, you should know just by standing next to Wolverine (being in close proximity to his kryptonite claws) she would drop to the ground in pain. Yes, heat vision from afar is her only chance, but she can't get close to him without feeling the effects of green meteor rocks.

But you example is not valid. This is fictional debating we are doing here. You can not use an example from Smallville (totally un-cannon to CW/Arrrowverse) and claim that it is a consistent showing for CWverse.

Not really. Since I disagree with your notion of being in proximity. She does have some resistance feats like I pointed out. Overall your example was unjust and wrong. Even if your argument was "logically" valid. People with Kryptonite and Kryptonite laser weapons have been utterly fodderized by Superman in DC comics mainstream want me to give you examples? Coz I can. All Supergirl needs to do is bee in close proximity enough to unleash a thunderclap like the one which knocked down Overgirl. Or she can freeze him from the distance like you said.

In X3 he walked as he was being dissintegrated which imo, was peak Wolverine. The only time a bullet put down adamantium skeleton Wolverine was at the end of Origins and it had to be an adamantium bullet or it wouldn't pierce his skull, hence why Stryker+friends created adamantium bullets in case one of their experiments went rouge.

Heat vision isn't doing anything meaningful to Wolverine and getting close is literally suicide for Kara due to the kryptonite effect, nevermind the claws that would likely cut her without the kryptonite effect...
