Probably gonna say Batroc. Mainly because I can't see Diaz last that long against Cap.

All Batroc did was get stomped and Cap didn't use his physicals, it was a battle purely based on skill.

It's a nice thread. I still don't rank Batroc highly and probably never will due to lack of feats but still a good RT.

Stomping Thea and Diggle>Getting handily outskilled by and achieving nothing against Cap.

@riddlerfan77: Cap would probably body both Thea and Diggle and it wouldn't take him long though.

Diaz probably just by virtue of having a lot more feats and scaling, but Batroc would definitely make him work for it. Though I don't see Diaz lasting as long against Cap as Batroc did tbh.

If going untouched by someone and disarming there weapons, holding them helpless in fifteen seconds isn't stomping I don't know what is. Diggle landed one hit on Diaz who was easily countering and landing hits [Diaz hits him like seven times Diggle lands on recklessly placed hit to distance him from Diaz cause he was getting outmatched]. Diaz would get dominated by Cap due to physicals but in skill the two are comparable. Batroc lost to Cap in pure skill in a stomp [Cap didn't rely on physicals at all] so yeah Diaz>Batroc.

Batroc lasted that long cause Cap didn't abuse physicals , it was a battle of pure skill and he achieved nothing.
