Stops and dies at 6 at most, Sub literally shatters him or flash freezes him. Sub can literally create flash freezing shields so the second anyone touches him instantly freeze while acting as a protective barrier. He literally did this protecting himself from the former Lin Kuei headquarters exploding in his face and him walking through it.

Toys with Sektor until he gets serious and casually flips and tears off his head as well as chop off his arms with his ice swords. The level of strength to do that is pretty insane.

Can protect and flash freeze at the same time without every trying

Durable enough to literally tank an RPG straight to the face from Sektor having only a froze cyborg as a shield yet not even effected or knocked out at all..

Strong enough to smash through 10 solid concrete stones like nothing

Fast enough to dodge rockets at him head on
