he get tagged many times by slow characters just like Wally has tagged by Deathstroke,Grodd etc. Regular Pre-52 Superman strategies and perceive events in nanoseconds(at his prime picoseconds) and Wally is on zeptoseconds.

So practically 1 human second is 1 000 000 000 seconds = 31.6887646 years for Clark and one sextillionth second =3.16887646 × 10^-29 years for Wally

They both consistently reacts at nanosecond and faster but why do they get tagged by slower ? For story purposes,holding back,heroic acts or plot included stupidy.We all know that nobody wants to read a comic that their hero kill or incapacitate their enemies instantly
