Round 1 probably goes to Black Panther. Prometheus has telepathic defenses that cause a backlash to anyone who tries to attack him that way which would probably take out Psylocke once she uses it on him. Black Panther should take a majority over Prometheus who isn't as competent and has no answer for invisibility (in fact Gypsy tagged the second Prometheus via that route). Round 2 I can't say. Without Psylocke being at a risk of knocking herself out with telepathy she's a contender and I don't know enough about her outside of X-Force to say how she'd factor in.

But I'd back Psylocke for a majority. Her TK and TP are way too strong.

Probably black panther mainly because hi tech is so nice and without her Tk / mind powers psylocke a good fighter with a good sword.Prometheus is solid but I"m not sur his tech matches up.

We don't have to act, coz Betsy just can't do it. Prometheus can disorient her with strobe lights or bacteria, leaving her unable to think/focus properly. He can simply shoot her dead or paralyze her, as he has shot people like Donna Troy who are far faster than her. He can create a shield around himself. He hit her with an AoE energy blast. He can fool her with holograms. And Psylocke better not use her TP during any of this, coz if she does, she KOs herself. If all fails, she gets BFRed to the Phantom Zone.

The Panther habit can protect him from Prometheus' bullets or energy attacks, Betsy is glass canon. Also, Betsy is a telepath, so there's a high probability that she uses her TP on Prometheus and gets KOed by the feedback. Prometheus uses holograms on enemies, to that would probably push her to use tp. Panther can also delay his defeat by turning invisible.

This probably won't work because explosion and intense energy blasts have not disoriented her. Plus there are other senses such as sensing psionic energy in people, she could also turn off her senses and use psionic sensing to fight or connect herself to their minds with telepathy and see/hear/smell from black panther or him(a method Jean has used to get around strobe lights and high frequency sound, Psylocke can replicate it. Telepathically Turning her hearing offers how she fought lorelei ).

Plus telekinetic shielding. She's going up against two dangerous people whose minds she would scan before hand. If they have psi defenses she'd put up a shield around a herself and if they don't she'd know what he's planning and put up a shield. Her shields have taken powerful attacks, explosions or lasers without her losing concentration, so strobe lights won't do much getting through them (especially since she has Jeans tk which has shielded from Island busting explosions at greyed zero while keeping the user from being disoriented)

She catches bullets regularly and has deflected a beam from orbital bombardment after it was fired and has casually taken a speedster while chatting with someone. He's not hitting her with anything. Since only offensive telepathy is restricted she would have read their minds to know their tricks or attacks or plans, so her telekinetic shields would be up, so his energy blasts won't get through.

Holograms don't have thoughts, she can differentiate them from living beings. Also her telekinesis is on a subatomic level as she controls photons so a telekinetic probe will tell her they are Holograms. Heck she could make herself invisible or make Holograms too.

Psylocke can multitask with her powers, she can fly at the same time maintain a forcefully and still read your mind to know what you're planning. This woman just took on magneto solo, show some respect man.

Dude, explosion and intense energy blasts =/= strobe lights and bacteria specifically for the purpose of disorienting people. They are not at all comparable. Psylocke needs feats of immunity to bacteria for the latter, and immunity to the powers of someone like the marauder Vertigo for the former.

This is assuming she uses TP on Tchalla and not Prometheus, coz if she does, she gets KOed. And this Jean instance you speak of, were those strobe lights for disorienting people? Even if they were, she has no counter to bacteria.

Here's the thing - if she tries to scan Prometheus, she would KO herself with feedback of her own telepathy. Strobe light wont be getting through her shields suggests that no light gets through her shields. Blocking lasers and energy blasts =/= blocking light. And normal explosions dont disorient people in a similar manner to strobe lights which are exclusively made for affecting nervous system. I doubt her shields have blocked bullets powerful enough to pierce Kryptonian skin.

By now you should realize that reading his mind would be suicide. Her catching bullets and tagging speedsters does not put her anywhere close to Donna Troy, who pulls off superior feats purely by her own speed, unlike Psylocke who for all we know uses TP to predict attacks. And Prometheus' AoE attack took out Hal f*cking Jordan. Psylocke and her TK shields would be nothing but ashes.

I know who Psylocke is, but you don't seem to know who Prometheus is. This guy is a broke character created for the purpose of stomping the entire JLA. The roster included Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman (Hippolyta), Kyle Rayner, Wally West, Martian Manhunter, Plastic Man, Steel and Huntress the first time. The second time, it included Hal Jordan, Supergirl, Red Tornado, Donna Troy, Miss Martian, Black Canary, Plastic Man (and others I can't remember). Talk about respect.

Look, Psylocke doesn't bring anything to the table that Prometheus can't deal with. He stomped the entire JLA at the same time. He has counters to all their powers, I don't even remember all his suit and helmet can do. Unless you think Psylocke is more powerful and versatile than the enitre JLA.....

Prometheus pretty much stomps. They probably have every single physical advantage over him by solid margin, excluding reaction time, but Prometheus’s gear is so broken, that he still wins. Neural chaff that disrupts thoughts or the disorienting strobe effect alone can incapacitate either, and he has counters to the majority of their powers/gear. Miss Martian already pretty much incapacitated herself by attempting to TP Prometheus due to his telepathic defenses so telepathy isn’t doing shit. The Vibranium suit is circumvented by either the mind attacks or the special bullets forged by Hephaestus, same bullets shot clean through Supergirl leaving a bullet-wound in her shoulder.

Honestly, Prometheus is one of those characters hard to find a good matchup for. It is rare to find a character capable of resisting his mind attacks, and even if his opponents have way better combat speed, he has high-level millisecond+ reactions allowing him to assess Dr. Light shooting at him with an energy beam in a 0.0003 time frame, form an energy shield construct, jump in the air, and do it all with such perfect accuracy and control, that he deflected her energy light photon blast at Guardian's eyes, all in that same time-frame, ergo he can react to any "speed-blitzes" coming his way. Prome essentially stays at a range, reacts to any attacks coming his way, and takes the team down with his own broken gear. That's assuming they manage to survive his first attacks from a range, given his superior reactions allow him to fire first. He solos both with like no effort. This isn’t fair. Hopefully I don’t see the fake Prometheus’ low showings used for the real Prometheus again here, inb4 Cap stomped him.....
