That’s a weird match-up. Kaguya is one of the top 3 strongest characters in naruto. Rukia & Soi Fon are ranked 25-20 at best.

Well, that is debatable(i think....) But this is pure spite. This two will never even touch the weakest among the naruto god tiers. Let alone kaguya who is the strongest.
