Diedara Is 100% willing to kill himself in character and has a bomb that causes cellular breakdown in a massive area and is invisible, as well as a last resort nuke sized explosion. He can also make multiple living, flying, exploding golems capable that can make blasts thousands of feet wide and many of smaller bombs that would still cause much destruction. Diedara should also have a sizable speed advantage over Peter although I bet he's physically weaker. Diedara can also create multiple clones of himself, all of which can explode.

Disregarding outlier durability feats and assuming standard Peter Parker with no magic or anything, I think this is a mismatch in Diedaras favor. If this match is in a populated area it's even worse as Diedara is more than willing to use civilians as bait or just blow them up.

Morals on Spidey may give Deidara too much wiggle room and he's got fast enough reaction times where he won't be constantly tagged by Spider-Man.

Deidara has a great many options. Sasuke at the time they fought was as fast or possibly even faster than Spidey and Deidara was able to dodge most of Sasukes' attacks and create space.

Also Spidey doesn't know how his clay apparitions work and would try to take them down which he has no answers for.

They cannot be beaten by sheer physical force at least not on Spider-Mans level. If it was Hulk or someone else I could see an argument being made. Spider-Mans Spidey sense would help if he tried to lay mines or it might even help him dodge a clay soldier explosion in time to make it only hurt not lethal. But if Deidara has time to do C3 or his molecular explosion Spidey is toast.

Draw at best for Peter. Deidara either blows Peter up an one shots him or peter get's a hold of him and Deidara self destructs.

The environment plays well for Spider-Man so he can actually win. He can literally start flinging cars like baseballs while getting in Deidara's face and punching his lights out.

Mismatch. Deidara curbstomps.
