Iceman has the ability to reform his body as long as he has water source like someone body he can use that to reform himself with his ability to clone himself he was able to bring them to life and they have there owned personality one went and join the brotherhood. he has also the ability turn people to water then transport them elsewhere then reform that at the place of origin this ability right here shows Iceman has the power to bring people back to life and heal people with his powers. cause he can break someone down which basically he destroyed them then reform them that shows his powers should, in fact, include resurrection powers cause whats stopping from doing this to a dead person.

I think he can as well iceman is basically immortal in can heal himself there is really nothing stopping him from bringing the dead back to life he brought one of his clones to life it thought on it own in join the the brotherhood. this shows Iceman can influence the soul or the life force cause that ice clone he created had its own personality and mind.I mean he been shown to turn people from water to flesh again like he does himself to teleport so yeah I think iceman can bring the dead back to life.to also loki compared him to his father which is very accurate iceman if he wanted to could make ice giants.
