Phase 4 is mostly a mystery.

However, it seems like the Avengers won't be gone in Phase 4 - they'll just change a lot and enter a new age. Here's the team I want for Phase 4.

I choose Captain Marvel as team leader because she'll be leading the MCU going forward, and Bucky will be a good replacement for Steve as Cap. Black Panther would be their new tech genius and Wakanda could be their base. Doctor Strange is someone they're gonna need if they take on bigger threats. Black Widow should be the remnant of the past on the team. Falcon should get a new Cap-esque suit and rejoin the team. Quicksilver might come back in Avengers 4, and I think he should. Ant-Man and Wasp will be fun additions. Spider-Man is, well, Spider-Man. Namor will represent an entire nation and race. She-Hulk will be good replacement after her cousin leaves. Valkyrie could join in place of Thor. Wolverine could be the first mutant member of the team. Mockingbird and Quake should enter the movies after Agents of SHIELD probably ends. Nova will add a cosmic element, and Shuri as Iron Woman is a perfect idea instead of Ironheart.
