Respect Itadori Yuji

Strength

Itadori even without learning magic had a crazy amount of strength. He was able to throw a shot put 30 meters with enough force to dent metal.

He could punch through a wall with ease.

He was able to knock a curse that was overpowering Megumi down with a punch.

Defeats one of Principal Masamichi's Dolls with pure strength which are able to punch people dozens of feet back. Also doubles as a durability feat.

Itadori is also able to jump incredibly high leaping four stories casually.

He could swing somebody around with injured hands

Was able to fight and hurt Mahito a 1st Class Curse. Doubles as durability feats.

Durability and Pain Tolerance

Tanks a punch from a curse

This curse was strong enough to smash Megumi through walls pretty casually.

He was able to keep fighting after being brutalized by the Cursed Womb.

Speed

There's not much to say here but Itadori is able to move at FTE speeds and easily outmaneuvers a curse.

Magic Power

The first notable thing about Itadori is that he is able to control Sukuna who is said to be the most powerful curse. This is a very rare skill that only appears once every 1000 or so years.

He is able to learn basic magic as well as explained here.

He can see remnants of magic use.

His magic ability is Divergent fist. He hits people and then his magic hits them. Effectively he can hit people twice with each hit.

He was able to damage Mahito's soul

A quick breakdown on the rankings of curses.

Sukuna is considered to be the King of All Curses and back in his era all the shamans combined couldn't beat him.

Gojo says that fighting a full power Sukuna would be difficult.

Even when overestimating Jougo's strength he isn't even half as powerful as Sukuna.

Even with only 1/10th of his power he's surprised at how weak some high class curses are.

He easily oneshots a curse that was giving Megumi and Itadori trouble.

He was able to create a shockwave by swinging his arm.

Regeneration

Many high tier Curses have advanced levels of regeneration. Sukuna even at 1/10th of his power could regenerate hands at will.

He doesn't need a heart.

Even after he died by having his host take over his body without a heart he was fine and resurrected his host body after they came to an agreement.

Magic Ability

Sukuna has the ability to summon a territory. Here's a basic breakdown of Territorial Expansion.

Even at as low as 1/10th of his power he can summon a partial territory.

His Territory seems to involve cutting opponents.

Also as mentioned under regeneration he can retreat to his territory to prevent death.
