Ronan might win this as his Durability might be too much for them to put him down. And, if we assume Ronan uses the stone effectively, he should win without much effort. An alternative is that Maw robs the Hammer (Cosmi-Rod) with his TK and gives it to Thanos.

Thor hadn't "survive a neutron star laser" until later in the film, also radiation durability is irrelevant here. Fact is Ronan was never KOd whilst having the Power Stone, and tanked a Shot from the Hadron Enforcer which could blow up moons, deal with it.
