Advanced Suit for Spiderman, fully upgraded suit from Arkham Knight for Batman. All in game usable skills/gadgets/weapons allowed minus the Arkham Knight Batmobile for Bats, no prep who wins?

Been done.

I'd probably shade this one to Spider-Man his feats includes benching tons of rubble, picking up a sadan with ease and perhaps most impressively use his webbing to derail a train straight through a subway ceiling. He also managed to survived being stabbed by Scorpion, Electrocuted by Electro and kicked the living shit out of by the Sinister 6 before being thrown off a sky scraper into the ocean. I'm not sure what advantages the Bat Suit has and I could mention at some point in the game Spider-Man games access to some pretty absurd gadgets including taser webbing, a drone that can attack thugs...

BTW hope I'm not spoiling the game for anyone but without prep I don't see Batman standing much of a chance.
