Jessie is going to have an easy time, if she fights Tobias, he gets his ass handed to him since he's weaker (albeit possibly more durable), Khalil can knock out regular people but Jessica requires higher dosages and could close the distance before going down.....Syonide would be the only one capable of killing her due to combat speed and guns.

Matt is going to have the easiest time, Syonide is nothing new aside from carbon fiber implants increasing her durability which won't stop her from getting aim dodged and clubbed out, Khalil telegraphs all his moves and is so slow that dodging him would be simple and Tobias is a fit Fisk with minor enhancements......

In short, Khalil is a weak link and the other two are basic compared to Jessica and Matt respectively.

Tobias beats down Matt and Syonide and Khalil shoot Jessica.

I think you're overselling Jessica's capabilities here, sure she is the strongest but Jessica rarely go all out on randoms whiles villains team don't have that restraint. Jessica is probably the 2nd worst fighter here and can be ko by 1 or 2 hits to the head. Khalil's venom can affect BL who is suppose to have a HF, it didn't knock out BL but made him unable to use his powers. I can't see Jessica taking more than two.

Matt can arguably beat any of the three individually but not as a group which is what will happens after Syonide/Khalil kills Jessica.
