Just trying to get an idea of where Base Kefla stacks up, as she easily blizted SSG Goku. Who wins under TOP rules?

Hit holystomps kefla. Ssg Goku was tired while fighring kefla and an exhausted ssb goku could at least fend off ssj kefla and caused some damage on her. And hit on the other hand is stronger than or equal to ssb goku.

So,

Ssg Goku is likely stronger than kefla if he is at full health.

A healthy Ssb Goku is stronger than ssj Kefla.

Hit >= Ssb Goku.

So, hit >> ssj Kefla, let alone her base form.

Hit is ssb kaioken’s tier, he stomps god level opponent.

Didn't see the tournament where Hit fought Goku, but probably Hit since I think even Vegeta was struggling and Goku had to see what was going on.

Hit beats base Kefla. Goku was no more tired fighting her than she was against the next 20 something opponents he fights afterwards followed by a loooong final battle against Jiren.

LSS onward and she wrecks.

Hit wins Low Difficulty. He has techniques that Kefla might not counter like Time Skip unless she fought Hit for a long time. Kefla is also cocky. Hit will just finish her up.

Hit >> SSB Goku >> base Kefla >> SSG Goku and that is without counting Hit's techniques.

Base Kefla was very obviously between SSB and SSG Goku, LSS2 Kefla would wreck Hit though.
