But just to go on topic I believe Scorpion would still win but it wont be as easy as some will say.

Kung Lao wins. The original MK champion. Scorpion is my favorite character, too. In terms of tiers Kung Lao is much better competitively in both MK9 and X. Perfect Legend a true legend winning back to back EVO’s with him, even after the nerfs.

out of character scorpion's teleporting , durability at extremely high levels would be just too much for Kung Lao ... in character Kung Lao is just too good to lose to someone like ( scorpion) who isnt even a demi god
