Strange. If feel like he'd have some trick to deal with Kilgrave's mind control. But even so, I don't think Kilgrave would know how to respond to Strange's power. He sea's a man literally warping reality, Kilgrave would be so confused by the time he even knew what command to give he's a goner. But seriously, the only thing you need to defeat Kilgrave is, headphones because you can't obey commands you can't hear. Someone incapable of speaking English or any language Kilgrave knows. Can't obey commands that you don't understand. Or just shooting or stabbing him while he's not looking.

By feats killgrave, by in universe logic strange.
Strange doesn’t have the feats to resist killgraves TP, however he spent a enormous time reading through that magic library. He also the current sorcerer supreme I believe.
Though it not shown explicitly in the movie, I think he should get some kinda willpower buff, just from knowledge and his stewardship of so many high powered magical artifacts.

@death4bunnies: probably not enough, but strange resisting ebony maw's torture on the q-ship was a decent showing of willpower. he didn't concede even with all that surgical equipment slowly entering through his head, so the guy's got some strength of will.

They're baseless right now, but lets be honest here... It's just a matter of time before those mind resistance feats come rolling around. Hell, Nightmare is already booked as his upcoming villain from what I heard.

@mylittlefascist: While I acknowledge that those definitely would be resistance feats for mind control which would give the argument for Strange some weight, I do think people should keep in mind that Kilgrave's powers in the MCU aren't telepathy but rather a virus that makes people open to suggestion. So I doubt it would directly translate

Excellent point. But to the extent of my knowledge, Dr. Strange doesn't have an immediate counter to the virus. And when Killgrave is full powered he can control people from vast distances. It really comes down to how far away they are from each other and how fast they can launch an attack. Since the OP doesn't state how far away they are from each other, I would just give it to Killgrave by default. Seeing as how he can presumably speak faster than Strange can cast a spell.

Or just shooting or stabbing him while he's not looking.

anyway kilgrave should win under these conditions, although i really wouldn't be surprised if strange was immune to his pheromones

@amonfire1776: Do hand gestures count? His words themselves have a flaw in that they are subject to interpretation. It seems like a hand gesture would be even more likely to fail.
