Nope, only the high tiers are that strong (Gin himself is only large building level).

Nope, only the likes of Kouka, Utsuro Umibozu, Kamui, Mutsu, Hedoro, Gedomaru, etc.. are on that lvl and Gintoki is physically vastly inferior to these.

You should probably equalize speed or take away CS2 and KN1 forms

How? You've already proven in other threads that you know nothing about this series, so I'm not really expecting much, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Why? The samurai are just as fast if not faster than the shinobi.
