Probably HashiRama if Hakuryu lacks belial.

Yeah. In it's equip, he was keeping up with an equipped Alibaba, and he has access to his life manipulation arrows that would most definitely be a problem for Hashirama.

Hmm can I see some feats and what exactly do his life manipulation arrows do.

I don't have any scans on me right now, but he essentially fires invisible arrows that react with microorganisms in the air and transform them into complex life forms by the time they reach their target. It essentially makes it to where you don't know they're there until they're touching you, at which point they decompose your body.

@reaperthegrim: Post-Timeskip, he has like mountain+ wood spears and microscopic flesh eating parasites that can strip a body in seconds, and completely ignore durability or regen.

He went from being stomped by Arba pre-skip to casually no-diff-ing her post, without using Belial at all.

When he fought Arba after the timeskip, he had the help of Morgiana as well as his opponent only relying on her swordsmanship. In fact, after she started going all out, she began to stomp both Hakuryuu and Morgiana. I'd hardly say it's accurate that he "casually no-diffed her", but it is a good feat nonetheless.
