Doesn't the most recent version of Logan not have his HF anymore? Or a very nerfed HF? If so there's no reason why Eobard can't phase a few vital organs out for the win.

Doesn't the most recent version of Logan not have his HF anymore? Or a very nerfed HF? If so there's no reason why Eobard can't phase a few vital organs out for the win.
