I'm going with Sith Assassin. They have Force Camoflage. They utilized stealth field generators and the rare art of Force camouflage to aid their surprise attacks. These stealth warriors were also unusual in that they drew their power from the Force presence of their prey. The stronger their targets were in the Force, the stronger the hunters became.

Shadow Trooper has the best armor and have no qualms about abusing Force Power and their skilled enough to contend against the Jedi with Luke's Order.
So as I see...
Shadow Trooper is just gonna spout out Force Powers left and right and abuse the heck out of Force speed, couple this will the skill and their durable armor, I'm sure they can take the win.

Shadowtrooper probably have the most feats, but I think that the Dark Jedi went throught worse. Some of them were veterans from Mandalorian Wars and they also fought in Jedi Civil War.

I'd say Dark Jedi, honestly. Their accolades in terms of lightsaber combat are pretty solid ("highly skilled duelists", "experts in lightsaber...related combat", "masters of the battlefield") and the same goes for force powers ("experts in force related combat", "proficient in the Jedi arts", learnt "nefarious new talents" in the Sith Academy). Feats are hard to come by, but I'd argue we've got one or two snippets which are decent:
- Sith Student Shaardan effortlessly killing lesser Sith hopefuls with lightning/horror (Shaardan remarks that he could alternatively make them lose control of all their bodily functions or instantly turn their skin inside out). Shaardan hadn't graduated from Sith Academy at this stage, so the average Dark Jedi can be assumed to be able to do far more than this
- Then there's the Dark Jedi that were able to seal a large door shut with "some great power". What's important to note here is that the door could not be opened until all three Dark Jedi were dead, which means an individual Dark Jedi would still be able to perfectly hold the door shut even if his comrades had perished . Now, I think we all can agree that someone like Revan could force them open, but this is still a decent feat of multi-tasking by the Dark Jedi when you consider that the doors were fused shut so that presumably nothing else could open them physically/force wise.
[This door is held closed by some great power, and cannot be opened at the moment.]
There's also an instance where a Sith Student on Korriban oneshots a Sith hopeful with Force Drain, but I can't find an exact clip.
_
The three Dark Jedi that attack you on Tatooine also have these powers hardcoded between them:
- Choke
- Force Lightning
- Force Push/Whirlwind
- Drain Life
- Fear/Horror
- Force Resistance
http://strategywiki.org/wiki/Star_Wars:_Knights_of_the_Old_Republic/Anchorhead#Swoop_Registration
Although some of the Dark Jedi have less force powers than others (guessing those are the weaker ones). The average Dark Jedi likely has all the above powers or some variants of them. Plus some mind affecting powers of some sort (since a Sith Student like Shaardan appeared to have them) . Some Sith Thugs on Korriban also have Disable Droid/Ionize hardcoded as well, which implies that the superior Dark Jedi would have that in their armory, a power which could be very effective against the Magnaguards (and if not that, lightning).
Yeah this post looks really messy for some reason. It looks perfectly formatted in the edit section but when I save modifications it goes funny...

Sith assassins are definitely the weakest seeing how they couldn't even beat Atton Rand at the beginning of KOTOR 2 on the Harbinger ship.

Sith assassins are definitely the weakest seeing how they couldn't even beat Atton Rand at the beginning of KOTOR 2 on the Harbinger ship.

@wolfrazer: So how high would you rank Shadow Troopers relative to PT era Jedi? Would they be the rough equivalent of an average Jedi Knight? Average Jedi Master?
