I know we all know that the former European colonial powers owe reparations to all the African and Asian nations they invaded, looted, raped and stole from but the problem comes from how to go about it

Now I've heard that money cannot be sent. That is a blatant lie. If even 1% of annual GDP is sent to each former colony they'll still have more than enough to take care of their own. France and UK can easily afford to spend 10% of GDP every year on a turn by turn basis for each colony , in fact it is owed to them since without the colonies these shitty European nations wouldn't even be prosperous

If it means a little less spending and little more taxes for the 1 % big businessmen bourgeois capitalist class, too bad.

I propose a restructing of the whole system into a socialist super state wherein the natural resources of the erstwhile colonies which are still vast are shared in the former empire (whoever it may be) with an open border system, and equal redistribution for all involved by a dictatorship of the proletariat

The European nations have their "empires" back, world trade flourishes and poorer countries are brought to the same level as others. A man in London should earn as much as a man in Niger. This system already exists unofficially in the form of migration of the colonies' best talents to the former coloniser countries, and deep rooted economic connections (Framcophile Africa for instance)

What we need is a revolution to implement it and recreate the old Empire, albeit an egalitarian Union of equals now where every citizen is treated equally. The majority here will inevitably be third world countries and hence they will elect the government for the whole

After creating these socialist trade blocs we can proceed to actual globalisation without issues, as all the blocs re align

We OWE to ourselves for the sake of humanity to atone for sins past. A similar system to be followed for black and native people in USA and Australia

I believe such a system can be achieved now itself with the number of immigrants from former colonies in European countries. What we need is more members of the oppresser race to join with us and build a truly egalitarian society that can be enjoyed by all and not just by those with white privilege

I mean, no one has to do anything. It's like saying that the whites of today should pay reparations to the blacks for forcing them into slavery, despite literally no one alive in this day and age having anything to do with it. If we stay hooked on the past like that, we will have no way to pursue the future.
