Judge Dredd vs The Comedian

Rules: No Morals, each in their prime.

Location: Watchmen world/time.

Round 1: Only fists

Round 2: Standard gear for each.

Who wins and why?

VS

Round 1: Comedian, In his prime he beat up Ozy.

Round 2: Dredd stomps, way better gear

Dredd both rounds.

Dredd is a very underrated hand-to-hand combatant; the only notable defeat I can recall in his prime was to the amusingly named Stan Lee, who is supposed to be the best martial artist in Dredd's world. Dredd also wins the return contest.

The Comedian doesn't really have an edge on Dredd in strength or durability, and hasn't had the intensive training of a Mega City Judge, so I think it unlikely that he would win.

Bear in mind this is Dredd in his prime - current Dredd, who is in his 70s, is still tough enough to have his back burned by napalm, and then get Hershey to safety, and continue fighting :)

Judge Dredd has been around for 40+ years and has never been rebooted, he has tons more feats and has hardly ever struggled fighting H2H. Comedian's feats is comparatively meagre, Dredd almost never rests and arrests 300+ perps on a daily basis so he is far more experience. Having said that, I'm giving this one to Dredd.
