It depends on if they can touch him. They probably can after awhile, but it will take some time.

I highly doubt that an intergalactic fighters who are specialized to conquer the alien planets with at least thousands of years experience would be helpless against a single Speedster.

Um, lol Cull isn't tagging Quicksilver.

At best this is a stalemate. Pietro would only have a hard time taking out Cull due to his durability.

@angeljax: No one is tagging him obviously. However, there are many ways to deal with a speedster ; like Hawkeye did.

Using their skills or using AoE attacks, and both Maw and Cull can create enough AoE to catch Pietro.

Cull could just outlast Pietro. He cannot be harmed by him.

Pietro cannot even reach Maw if he just levitates.

He would hurt everyone except for Cull.

He was disintegrating multiple Ultron sentries with hypersonic punches.
