I'm curious since Death battle has a rule of a character has to kill any living person at winning a battle but could anyone has a possible chance of winning against an immortal opponent in a one vs one fight?
or couldn't do it at all from immortality's abilities of kept coming back to life?

In a fight to the death having a fighter who can't die seems a little unfair.
Unless there is a very viable way for that immortality to be subverted, in which case it is fair (as long as the fighting style of the immortal isn't completely altered).

doomsday got killed by imperiex and deadpool got killed by two earths colliding each other. heck, it's not even true immortality in a sense considering a significant firepower was all needed to permanently kill such character.
