Probably stalemate. The Darkness will keep on reviving Jackie and Wesker w/ his regen/healing will keep on going.

Wesker stomps video game version of Jackie. He's too fast and too tough to be put down. And Wesker can easily tear him apart with his bare hands.

He has no feats of ripping apart someone as durable as Wesker. Wesker's super tough muscles and bones should prevent it from happening.

My boy Jackie. His gun channeling, swarm, darkness armor and demon tentacles all give him an edge here. He is shown to have some from of enhanced reactions in the car scene... and he can heal almost instantly if he’s in the dark. The demon tentacles can rip humans apart like paper, and give him a good reach advantage. Plus Jackie can’t really die... the Darkness brought him back from getting hit by a damn train

Even Video Game Jackie should be too much for Wesker.

Wesker’s faster, for sure, but he shouldn’t be able to get close considering all of Jackie’s tentacles.

Haven't played Darkness, but if video game Jackie's anything like his comic version, he would totally stomps.

He can use "Swarm" ,which is Darkness created insects that eat its victims flesh, to try and keep Wesker somewhat off balance (I'm not saying Wesker would react in the same manner as the people Jackie faces in the game but would cause something else to worry about) While Jackie is shooting at him (So now 2 things Wesker has to worry about at a distance or 3 if Jackie is dual wielding) a Darkling (Pretty much a foul mouth little imp lol) creating 3 (or 4 if dual wielding) things to worry about and if Wesker gets into a certain range then has to worry about being grabbed and brutally attacked by tentacles with sharp teeth. Wesker has too much to worry about.

Jackie can also do something called "Gun Channeling" Which pretty much is him using his darkness powers to have fire arms with unlimited ammo because he is shooting "The Darkness" (So creating Darkness bullets with a constant supply and not having to worry about real life ammunition)
