I feel like the inverse ninja rule applies here so whereas one Dora Milaje is a badass several of them become fodder. That's how it would actually go down in the movies but logically the girls should overwhelm Ultron.

The Dora Milaj

Ultron probably due to gravity and laser weapons. But the spears can probably do damage to him, though they probably would not one-shot him and he'd need to be stabbed repeatedly before going down.

Ultron still has too many offensive weaponry at his disposal. The only way he looses is if he's not really trying and is just toying with the Milaje.

Ultron gets stomped if he fights like how he faught Cap.
