I was thinking of making this thread, it's quite a surprise this wasn't done by 2015 alone.

I feel like Pietro has a pretty decent shot strictly due to the mindset difference, but I'd still favor Wanda if she wants to win.

Based on the hits Wanda took in the fight with Proxima, she can definitely tank a blitz or two, and then just wreck him with AoE, or TK in his general direction. She could also potentially fly on higher ground.

Probably Wanda.

Quicksilver knocks her out

Pietro might win due to the mindset differences and Wanda being generally non-lethal with her powers as of late.

But I can see her winning if she's determined.

Well if Pietro wants to hurt her initially then he’s gonna win

Wanda loses badly. Baby couldn't even get Proxima out of her face so how will she deal with an actual speedblitz assault?

Wanda had a passive TP connection to her brother. Hence her feeling him dying. Said connection would tip her off to him and allow her to ragdoll and win.

Wanda can beat her brother due to this very specific circumstance. Remove that and she gets blitzed.

Wanda. All she needs to do is put up a shield and Quicksilver can't get to her. As soon as he slows down she can tk him and incap.

If Quicksilver gets to her he can probably one shot, Wanda is a glass cannon.

I think QS takes the majority.

Because no matter what she does (Putting up a shield, using an attack, or some AoE, etc.) She still has to do it faster than he can get to her and attack her.

No reason he doesn't blitz and one-shot.

Wanda wins. If she puts up a shield he can’t hurt her. And her TK is an easy ko.

Or she could just tp him because she seemed to be able to sense when he died instantly. So she could probably just go into his mind and make him see illusions.

Quicksilver was more powerful, thus they killed him to weaken Avengers.

@payneintheass: It's how Wanda is aware of his death. She also states to Ultron she felt him die. Either she is passively aware of every life in the city or she has a connection to her brother.

Then I´d say that is more of a connection with Pietro, rather than feeling a pasive awareness of everyone.
